- Temper – Heat oil; add mustard seeds, cumin, fennel.
- Fry Nuts – Add peanuts, fry till golden.
- Flavor – Add curry leaves, green chilies, turmeric, and hing.
- Mix – Add roasted poha, salt, sugar, and jeeravan masala; toss well.
