Description
Recipe:
- Dry roast poha on low heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan; add peanuts, roast till golden.
- Add roasted chana dal and cashews; fry lightly.
- Add green chilies and curry leaves; fry till crisp.
- Stir in turmeric and asafoetida.
- Add roasted poha, sugar, and salt; mix gently.
- Roast together for 1–2 minutes, then cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
