Description
Recipe:
- Dry Roast the Ragi Balls – Heat a pan on medium flame and roast the ragi balls for about 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Prepare the Tempering – In the same pan, heat 2–3 tablespoons of oil.
- Cook the Ragi Balls – Add the roasted ragi balls back into the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Turn Off the Heat – Switch off the gas before adding the masala.
- Add the Masala – Transfer the Ragi Balls into separate vessel and sprinkle masala over the ragi balls. Stir well until the masala coats them evenly.
- Serve & Enjoy – Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy your flavorful Dipak Ragi Balls with family and friends
