Recipe:
- Sweeten the Milk – Add 200 g sugar to 1.25–1.5 litres of milk.
- Boil – Boil the milk for 10 minutes.
- Cool the Milk – Allow the boiled milk to cool down to room temperature.
- Add the Poha – Mix 1 packet of Sudama Kesar Elaichi Poha. Stir well.
- Initial Cooling – Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Chill – Refrigerate for 2–3 hours for the best taste.
- Serve & Enjoy – Relish the royal aroma and flavor of Sudama Kesar Elaichi Poha.
Tip: Garnish with a few saffron strands and chopped pistachios for extra richness.
