Recipe:
- Sweeten the Milk – Add 200 g sugar to 1.25–1.5 litres of milk.
- Boil – Boil the milk for 10 minutes.
- Cool the Milk – Allow the boiled milk to cool down to room temperature.
- Add the Poha – Mix in 1 packet of Sudama Rajbhog Milk Poha. Stir well.
- Initial Cooling – Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Chill – Refrigerate for 2–3 hours for the best taste.
- Serve & Enjoy – Indulge in the rich, creamy flavor of Sudama Rajbhog Milk Poha.
Tip: Garnish with chopped dry fruits or a sprinkle of cardamom powder for extra aroma and taste.
