Recipe:
- Dry Roast the Wheat Mamra – Heat a pan on medium flame and roast the wheat mamra for about 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Prepare the Tempering – In the same pan, heat 2–3 tablespoons of oil.
- Cook Wheat Mamra – Add the roasted sago balls back into the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Turn Off the Heat – Switch off the gas before adding the masala.
- Add the Masala – Transfer the Wheat mamra into separate vessel and sprinkle masala over wheat mamra. Stir well until the masala coats them evenly.
- Serve & Enjoy – Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy your flavorful Wheat mamra with family and friends
