Shipping Overview
At Dipak Food, we aim to deliver your purchases efficiently and securely. Once you place an order, we arrange for shipment directly from our stores or warehouses. Deliveries are handled by third-party courier or logistics partners from Monday to Saturday during standard working hours.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver your order within 2 to 10 business days from the date of confirmation, depending on your shipping location. While we do our best to meet these timelines, please note that delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen logistics issues.
Delivery Protocol and Claims
- A signature may be required at the time of delivery. If someone other than the original purchaser signs for the delivery at the provided address, we cannot be held responsible.
- Once the package is delivered and opened, we are not liable for any damages that occur thereafter.
- If you notice a shortage or damage to the product upon delivery, please report it immediately to our Customer Care at customercare@dipakfood.com or via the Contact page on our website. Any such issues must also be marked on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and acknowledged by the delivery agent.
Shipping Charges & Handling Fees
Shipping charges are shown to you at checkout before you confirm your order
1) Our current shipping policy for Gujarat is as follows:
- Orders valued at ₹800 or less: A shipping fee of ₹160 will be applied.
- Orders between ₹800 and ₹1400: A shipping fee of ₹180 will be applied.
- Orders valued at ₹1400 or more: Eligible for free delivery.
2) Our current shipping policy for deliveries outside Gujarat is as follows:
- Orders valued at ₹1000 or less: A shipping fee of ₹200 will be applied.
- Orders between ₹1000 and ₹1800: A shipping fee of ₹220 will be applied.
- Orders valued at ₹1800 or more: A shipping fee of ₹230 will be applied.
Please note: Shipping rates may vary based on the size, volume, weight, and packaging of specific items. For deliveries outside Gujarat, shipping charges increase with order value due to higher weight and volume, which result in increased logistics costs.
